Registration

• To use the services associated with the product, You will have to register to the Platform, for which you will be required to open an account by completing the registration process. Your ability to continue using the Platform, and availing the Services associated with the product provided by us is subject to Your continued registration on the Platform and usage of Our product. You will be required to enter Your personal information including but not limited to your name, contact details, valid phone number, and email address etc while registering on the Platform and creating your account.
• By using the product and its associated service, You allow us to personalize and enhance your experience while using the Service, based on your personal information, usage pattern, reminders, customization preferences and other relevant information. When you use this feature, you expressly consent to information about your activity on the Platform. Our Platform shall retain your registration information after cancellation or withdrawal of your registration as required under applicable law(s).
• You agree and accept that as on the date of Your registration on the Platform, the information provided by You is complete, accurate and up-to-date. We shall, in no way, be responsible or liable for the accuracy or completeness of any information provided by You. If You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your Account and refuse any current or future use of the Platform by you at any time.
• By submitting our webform, you agree to receive promotional calls on the number shared, and such calls and SMS would be coming from a third-party platform.

Most of the products of Whitelion Systems Pvt Ltd are compatible with third-party products. Consumers may use third-party accessories and tools “as is” without promotion, representation, or warranty from us. You are free to choose any brand or product as per your needs. We are not responsible for any liability arising from third-party product use.

While our supply chain partners may distribute third-party products, we do not take any responsibility or provide any warranty for those products. Always refer to the third-party’s terms before transacting. We may also display third-party products on our platforms for visual or promotional purposes, without endorsing them.

If there are links to third-party websites on our Platform, we do not take responsibility for their content, accuracy, or any damages caused. Please review third-party policies before engaging with them.

Product Warranty

We provide standard warranty and after-sales service for each product of Whitelion Systems Pvt Ltd to the End User (“End user” means a person or consumer who buys a product to ultimately consume or use it, and which does not include dealer, supply chain partner, retailer, and any other person which may be included or excluded by the company in the course of business) from the date of purchase of the goods. In the below mentioned cases, the Product Warranty provided by the Company will become void if:

• Mechanical or electric damages resulting from incorrect installation, configuration, usage, or other activities inconsistent with the operation manual or contradictory to technical specifications attached to the device.
• Damages caused by acts of God, floods, fires, lighting, excess rain, or other natural disasters, wars, unexpected events, inappropriate voltage, defective supply materials, or other external factors.
• The device that has been tampered with by the Warranty beneficiary or any other person in any way, including reconfiguration, repair, willful constructional variations, modifications, and adjustments.
• The device with the Guarantor seals damaged or illegible.
• The activities specified in the operation manual, which remain the sole responsibility of the Customer in his own capacity, are not followed.
• Defects resulting from the usage of improper or non-genuine supply materials.
• Damages due to the user's fault or lack of knowledge.
• Any other reason/case which the Company may add or remove in its Warranty Manual.

Representations and Warranties

• You agree to use the Platform only: (i) for purposes that are permitted by this Terms of Use; and (ii) in accordance with any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices or guidelines.
• You represent and warrant that You have not received any notice from any third party or any governmental authority and no litigation is pending against You in any court of law, which prevents You from accessing the Platform and availing the Company’s Goods & Services.
• You represent and warrant that You are legally authorized to view, access, and use the Platform and avail the Goods & Services of the Company.
